Advocating for clients since 2006
As a family-law veteran, I have been helping clients for 14+ years to separate and move on with their lives in constructive and positive ways. If there is a positive and mutually-beneficial way for two parties to resolve their legal dispute, I will work to find it and advocate for it.
It is this very predilection that led me to offer dispute resolution services to my clients. Equipped with a family of services to help clients resolve disputes, I am dedicated to helping clients meet their goals and find a resolution in the most efficient way possible.

Your family of alternative dispute resolution services
mediation
An opportunity to help those on both sides of a dispute come to an agreement that they are satisfied with.
With an approach of interest-based mediation, we discover your real goals, dig down for the personal need that drives them, and find a strategy to meet those goals.
mediation arbitration
A hybrid between mediation and arbitration.
This service is provided for those who are seeking a resolution, but don’t want the dispute to continue any further if they can’t come to a resolution together.
parenting coordination
Strategies designed for two people who are co-parenting.
This service focuses on building strategies to help co-parents work issues/conflicts out together on their own (i.e., help to resolve scheduling conflicts, child-rearing differences etc.)
resolution coaching
Equipping you to undertake conflict resolution on your own.
This service provides you with a series of tools and strategies that will empower you to pursue resolving a dispute confidently and effectively without the need for further council or intervention.
arbitration
When you want someone to determine a resolution where you can’t.
The object of arbitration is to obtain a fair resolution of disputes by an impartial third party without unnecessary expense or delay of going to court.
concensus decision-making
For groups who are committed to finding solutions that everyone can live with.
With a focus on shared power and based on values of equality, freedom, co-operation and respect for everyone's needs, this service gives us a taste of how things could be done differently for the benefit of the whole.
“Discourage litigation. Persuade your neighbors to compromise whenever you can. Point out to them how the nominal winner is often the real loser — in fees, and expenses, and waste of time. As a peace-maker the lawyer has a superior opportunity of being a good man.”
